With classes around the world, it has never been easier to experience Dana’s personal truth and work towards finding your own. As a body positive yoga teacher, Dana seeks to support and guide her students on their own personal journeys towards harnessing their inner truth, authenticity and self-worth.
About Dana’s Workshops
Yoga is often portrayed an able-bodied, privileged person’s practice. In many yoga studios, people of diverse colors, shapes, abilities and backgrounds are not embraced. Dana Falsetti, however, seeks to embrace and enhance her students’ uniqueness and different approaches to the practice. She believes individuality should be championed and appreciated — and her body positive yoga classes embody that message. From beginners to experienced practitioners, Dana’s classes are sure to quench nearly any yoga student’s desire to enjoy a safe space, diving into strength and introspectiveness. Dana hosts a variety of workshops, from those targeted solely for other yoga teachers, to classes intended to help new and continuing students discover their own most authentic self. Many classes sell out, especially if it is the first time Dana has taught at that location, so attendees should reserve their spots early if they are interested. Students in Dana’s classes are reflective of true and natural diversity, ranging in age, race, size, able-bodiedness and experience, so you are unlikely to feel isolated in your own. Held around the world, these events offer in-depth, comprehensive opportunities to focus on self-awareness, critical thought, of course, yoga asana.
