Dana Falsetti is an engaging motivational speaker who has had the great pleasure and honor of addressing audiences worldwide and teaching them to discover and utilize the tools that they already have to be their best selves and live in their own truths. She has been a featured keynote speaker at events including the George School Assembly, the NAC Anti-Diet/Intuitive Eating Conference, the triyoga Diversity Panel and more.
Unlike many motivational speakers, Dana Falsetti never delivers the same presentation to each audience. Instead, she draws from her own personal experiences and in-the-moment intuition to deliver a unique, riveting, tailored message every time. In her own words, Dana describes spreading her message as an almost out-of-body experience.
The thoughts are impactful themselves, but when I can actually speak them it’s like it all comes full circle. I can really feel them, so I think those listening can too. There’s emotion. It’s authentic and it’s vulnerable, because it’s just me sharing myself. It reinforces my power when I speak my truth. I am reminded that I am a force and I hope those who listen leave feeling some of that for themselves.
Dana has graced the stage of universities, high schools, conventions, yoga retreats, workshops and more, sharing her own story of self doubt, struggles and, ultimately, discovering her own strength. While her messages of self-love, mindfulness, intuition, authenticity and shedding insecurities can be adapted to suit most events and audiences, she especially enjoys addressing women, femmes and young adults — as this is where she believes her messages resonate the most. Dana is open to exploring Q&A sessions, acting as a keynote speaker, participating on panels and appearing as a guest speaker on many topics, including:
- Mental health, eating disorders and body image
- Critical thought and philosophy
- Self-care, awareness, confidence and body positivity
- Insecurities, shame, sexuality and self-worth
- Authenticity, intuition and mindfulness
- Accessibility, inclusivity and diversity
- …and more!
Dana is fearless and authentic.
